Do not use any Magic Springs pictures, without Tom's, or Darryls approval.
Personal use is fine with us. Posting them on your webpage is not. We are protecting ourselves, and Magic Springs Theme Park,
and Themeparks.LLC.
All pictures posted in the past are null and void of any verbal/emailed
agreement(s) as of May 3, 2003. There is one exception, www.rcdb.com , "rollercoaster database".It keeps track of all known coasters, and parks,
past, and present, and does a mighty fine job of it.
All we ask is you let us know where the pictures will be shown, how
the pictures will be shown, and that a proper credit will be given to our pictures. Just email us, and let us know you want
to use a picture.
The Arkansas Twister History was taken from a personal conversation, and if you use it, please let
me know.
